The Untold Theories : CA's Management Theories
The next 14 principles listed below is management theory that guarantee's an unstable but yet productive form of organizationInterior Comfort - Each employee has the right to be comfortable in their working environment. Each employee should have their own private toilet in each office. Air conditioning is a MUST! Employees have the right to modify the interior design of their office (E.g Removing all windows for privacy)
Emotional Expression - Each employee must display an EMOTICON on their office door that represents their current mood status. It is compulsory for each employee to meet up with the organizations personal psychiatrist at least once in a month.
Chain of Joy - Each employee is responsible to keep each other happy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your next door colleague does not suffer from continuos depression without aid.
Scales of Enlightenment - Each employee should have equality in terms of workload given. Those proven to have temporary problematic issues can pass over tasks to available colleagues and they must accept without question.
Iron Donkey - Discipline among employees is not held in high regard but there is still a limit on how far they can go about their actions. The days that you are missing from work would not be a subjected issue so long as the work is done effectively.
Order - Employees have the right to order food from outside resources using company funds during occasions such as staff meetings or late night work extensions.
Rule of Thumb - Managers should be treated like they still exist and should be referred to for frequent advice before taking on new tasks. All actions must be made known to the manager but it is not subject to the manager's agreement.
B.O.S - Board of Smiles, the BOS is the top management of the organization. They hold unlimited power and authority. Each BOS has equal power and decision making is made out from majority votes. There is a maximum seat of 12 BOS members.
Yellow Pages - Each employee contribution and waste is noted in the organizations Yellow Pages, promotions and demotions will be judged based on this principle.
Golden Fork - An employee is only subject to layoff if he/she has been demoted 3 times. Vice versa, each employee can only be promoted 3 times as well.
Golden Spoon - An employee that has been promoted 3 times obtains a Golden Spoon. The Golden Spoon is a window of opportunity to join the BOS. If an employee holding a Golden Spoon successfully maintains a good record within 2 years, he/she is eligable to replace retiring BOS members.
Two Ends of a Mouth - Each divison is managed by two separate managers. There should always be a wide gap between these two authorities to maintain stability.
Informal Selection - Employee recruitment should mainly be based on new talent research, wide range of potential skills, ability to communicate and performance during any given training courses held by the organization. BOS relatives can automatically join the organization but should start from the bottom level of the organization.
Jolly Factor - Promoting cheerful spirits and harmony will boost productivity levels within the organization.
