MY idea of a rational organizational structure.. hehe...

• Organizational action is personal. If sumbody stab ur back... go run cryin to management for help ASAP!! We will jaga ur back!! Ppl gossip bout u?? We can help as well!!

• Rules are NOT codified!! If everybody KNOWS d rules... then its no fun la.. D rules will ONLY be known to d all powerful management!! U break one u die!! Why?? Cos d punishment is eating DOZENS of doughnuts!! hahaha...

• Power belongs to the management. WHo sits in d mngmet?? WOMEN!!! So wat if they have PMS?!! SO wat if their emotions r forever on a roller coaster?!! They HAVE power!!! Kakakaka.... But women r generally peace loving... it'll be alrite i assure u!!!

• There's NO specialization!!* Cos who CAN stand doing d same thing day in day out la?!! ANd here... we understand U!! WE know UR needs!! Come to us come n work 4 us!!
