Bout cal's sudden enthusiasim with commenting i have abs no comment. He went siao postin comment!!!!!! SUmbody save dat poor crazy nut!!!

Anyway..... this evryone shud b informed. SIs told me bout d latest Happy Meal toys!! Damn nice!! Characters from the CARS!!!!!!!!

When evrybody's exmz ending ah btw?? Cal said 3 MORE weeks of suffering ma... mine ends next tuesday.... god bless... lol. ;D soOooo happy!!!!!!! Thn i have one whole month of hols i think... i think so... gosh... so much time...shud i get a work in syuc/monash ah?? Wonderin if they want to hire me oso... im not d right material it seems... nvr before anyone wants to HIRE ME!!!! ;'(

How to motivate.
Accordin to d process theories or content theories?? Well... process theories focuses on why an individual is demotivated and wat can b done. Content theories focuses on how managers can satisfy employee's needs to motivate them. God... im givin a lecture on MOTIVATION!! *mngmt!!* Hahaha.... read too much of it ledi... siao ledi.... nywayz shud go study 4 my accounts test tmr!! Ta-ta...
