Journals of a Head II
Hmm, I dunno where to start but with this post marks the end of Monga's design team tasks for the first edition. Conclusion? Not good at all... everything was fine till we missed out the fact that bad things can happen if our editor gets pawned by the MUSA president (whose views are often twisted and manipulated by her annoying sidekicks) to agree on their very very sad and mostly unlogical opinions.
MUSA is INDEED still SQUARE!!! Bloody SQUARE!! Filthy SQUARE and thank god to them that they only dared to cari pasal with Cheng Wai n Alvin's pages and not MINE!! Cuz if they did... I will not tolerate any illogical explanations.
It all started few hours after we sacrificed the day for a late lunch to get the first edition of MONGA's pages done. Fixed our pages based on Zheng Hui's (Editor) needs and left to scavage cafeteria food. Cheng Wai went to class and Alvin had to jaga booth. I noticed the editor like very sulky and panic like that leaving the toilet at Sunway block then heading back into the MUSA office. I sensed something wrong so I decided go "8" for a while lor... upon entry the President and her looneys were already validating her pictures. I missed a big part of the session when they started so my POV is that mainly the troublemaker that caused MONGA to lose a big part of its fun is "Nisha" the Gen Secretary.
1) They banned Alvin's use of female models in page layouts. (Me n CW oso got suggest no to him di, most of the weird ones are gone n we only left one behind for experimental sake XD)
2) The banned CW's use of her photos showing "Buddies" having fun. Nisha's reason? "Buddy's arent supposed to be playing in their own leisure time and should not be shown having fun.." WTH WTH?
3) The new campus section CW n Me built had small captions of humourous text beside each picture. They didnt like the part where we put two unknown people looking down from above saying how scary it was if they were to fall down. Their reason? Those two people might be admins and we dont wanna make them mad?
My logic: Stupid Arseholes, those two people are what size? equal to 3cm X 3cm small in diameter ni lol...n they both facing back...means no face lah...
4) MOST importantly they cari pasal with our quote for Monga recruitment "Monga work is no work, Monga work is play" because it contradicts to reality? Its our own recruitment summore...not like we doin ad for MUSA wei.... after hearing that one I oso didnt bother say hi to them di... just wait them leave... too early for us to fight MUSA. I already told Zheng Hui to gather all of us including the writers n as many other board members the next time they want to validate. Most important is the designers shudd be present.. see they dare tell to our face or no. This time they didnt know the head was standing there near the end of the session lol..
Overall my theory for MONGA still stands. The writers are the foundation... if they dont finish building it the pillars cant stand alone. Id any one of the three pillars goes missing then there is no stucture. Three pillars dont form a square XD
